Day 1
Arrival: Reach Rameshwaram by train or road from Madurai (approx. 3.5 hrs)
Sightseeing:
Ramanathaswamy Temple – Famous for 22 holy wells and longest temple corridor in India
Agni Theertham – Sacred sea bathing spot near the temple
Lakshmana Theertham – Small temple with a pond
Kothandaramaswamy Temple – Where Vibhishana (Ravana’s brother) surrendered to Lord Rama
Evening:
Walk along Rameshwaram beach or local market
Optional: Attend temple evening aarti
