1. General Terms

EasyGo Booking offers travel and transportation services across Odisha and nearby regions through curated tour packages, car rentals, and coach hire facilities.

All bookings made through EasyGo Booking, via website, email, phone, or in-person, are subject to acceptance of these terms.

Customers must provide accurate and complete information during booking. Any discrepancy may result in delay or cancellation without refund.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Advance payment of minimum 50% is required to confirm any booking (tour or vehicle).

Final payment must be made before service commencement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confirmation will be shared via email/WhatsApp after receiving the advance amount.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in INR and include applicable GST (if mentioned).

Prices are subject to change based on fuel surcharge, tax revisions, government levies, or peak season hikes.

Toll tax, parking fees, state permits, and entry fees (where applicable) may be charged extra unless mentioned as “inclusive.”

4. Tour Packages

Tour itineraries are subject to weather, traffic, and operational conditions.

EasyGo Booking reserves the right to alter or modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.

Any unused part of the package is non-refundable.

5. Car & Coach Rentals

Drivers provided are experienced and licensed. Guest instructions must be lawful and within driver’s operational limits.

Extra kilometers or extra hours beyond booking will be charged as per applicable rates.

Vehicle misuse, damage, or violation of state laws will be the responsibility of the hirer.
