Cancellation Policy

A. Tour Package Cancellation

30+ days before travel – 90% refund

15–29 days before travel – 50% refund

7–14 days before travel – 25% refund

Less than 7 days before travel – No refund

No refund on same-day cancellations, no-shows, or partially availed services.

B. Car/Coach Rental Cancellation

48+ hours before pickup – 90% refund

24–48 hours before pickup – 50% refund

Less than 24 hours before pickup – No refund

In case of vehicle unavailability due to technical reasons, a full refund or equivalent alternative will be offered.

7. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

Transaction or gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

EasyGo Booking is not liable for delays, cancellations, or missed connections due to natural disasters, political unrest, accidents, or other force majeure events.

While we ensure safety and comfort, guests are advised to carry personal travel insurance.

All disputes are subject to Odisha jurisdiction only.
